Blair’s enthusiasm continues to grow with each passing season. She feels blessed to have worked in an industry she is incredibly passionate about for the last 24 years. Her favorite part of the job is the people she meets in her chair, and her ability to make personal connections with them, as well as making them feel special, heard, and beautiful. Blair is a color specialist, she loves anything color! Her favorite thing to do is hair painting. She loves the freedom and creativity it allows as the artist to tailor the perfect color and placement for each individual. Blair's favorite things are, her daughter Lyric, her cats, art, film, and music... You can catch Blair playing records at local bars and restaurants in her spare time. She is very active in the DTSJ community, specifically the Post St community.

Nikk was born in Fresno,ca where he spent most of his life. Growing up he was always into music and creative style. He then went to school for cosmetology and studied under master stylist George Garcia. After a few years, he then made the move to San Jose and has been creating ever since. His skill set involves all scissor cuts (edgy and business), clipper cuts that are sharp and hairstyling that turns heads.

Coming from a background in fashion, Rosario found her love for hair through editorial and runway. Her hair education started at Pageboy and continued at Pony Salon working under the owner Corinna Hernandez. This is where she fell in love with razor cutting and creative styling. Rosario loves working with all hair types, textures, and lengths. Her favorite thing is creating connections with her clients, and giving them their own personal look. In her free time she loves being in nature, supporting local artists and cooking.

Rodolfo was born and raised in San Jose. When he is not at the shop, he enjoys watching movies, making music, skateboarding, and rock climbing with friends. He specializes in short to medium length hair. Anything from brushbacks, combovers, pompadours, mullets, drop fades, and even the classic 6 on top with a high taper and a lineup. "Growing up I always hated getting my haircut, it never turned out how I wanted or what I had envisioned. So in high school I decided if anyone was going to mess my hair up, it would be me, haha. After buying my first pair of clippers and scissors, I was instantly hooked. I obsessed over getting better, learning the craft, and perfecting the styles that intrigued me or I liked seeing around. I love that cutting hair allows me to be creative and to meet new, interesting people. My favorite part is giving someone the perfect cut for them, seeing what a huge confidence boost they get. Their reactions are always priceless!"

Josette (Joey) is an alt hairstylist and specializes in creative cuts and vivid color. Being able to express herself has always been her passion and she loves being able to help others express themselves to their absolute fullest! Her free time is spent going to local shows or staying in with her 3 cats.

For Alex, hair has always been the most personal form of self expression and he loves that he gets to be a part of the process. Having trained under Pageboy owner, Blair Carson, Alex was able to develop his skill set as a colorist. He loves lived-in blondes and brunettes as well as creative color transformations. Alex is also a pop culture enthusiast, film buff, and enjoys live music.
